Class was taught in the dark with those colored circle lights. Instructor roamed around and helped people so I mostly watched the two girls in front who knew what they were doing. SUPER fast feet and hard Latin choreography but repeated during the song so I was able to pick it up after a time or two. I was super sweaty and out of breath. It was just a different kind of Zumba workout because it was all latin moves and very fast. I would not recommend it if you do not know your basic Latin steps.
